Changfen is made of rice. A cook put the rice-water into a stainless steel big dish, and steam the rice-water. In just a few moments, the rice-water will become a rice membrane. Then the cook will put some stuffing like meat, vegetable, beef or anything you want… then the cook will roll over the rice membrane to make it cover the stuffing, so a new Changfen is done. You can put it into your dish, and add some sauce, then you can eat!
