Chinese food series: Rice noodles [preview]

Well, maybe the foods is the most difficult part of my translation. As you know, we have countless Chinese foods here. Maybe two dishes are using same materials, but they could be totally different tastes by different ways of cooking.

Chinese cuisine is a very important part of Chinese culture which I can’t explain just in some articles, actually I even can’t tell it all by dozens of books(and I don’t know that much :-D). If you want to know more, suggest you to come to China to taste the real (姝e畻鐨) Chinese food, cause what you eat in many “Chinese restaurants” in other countries may have a very big different taste from what we eat here.
And what I can do here is introducing some common public Chinese food which are every popular among the citizens, like baozi(鍖呭瓙), Youtiao(娌规潯) and noodles. They play a very important role in normal Chinese’s every daily life.
