In 2001, there are more than 500,000 moto bikes in Nanning city, an average of less than 2.5 person who owns a motorcycle, ranking the top one in China. Nanning was called “the city riding on motorcycles” at that time.

Of course motorcycle is a very convenient transport for most of citizens, motorcycle business also provide employment for many people, but it also cause a lot of problem.
